Zahoor is the Founder and Executive Director of the Centre for Strategic Discourse (CSD), a policy think tank focused on foreign policy, regional conflict, governance, and migration. With a Master’s in International Relations and professional experience across the UK, Middle East, and Pakistan, he brings a global perspective to South and Central Asian affairs. A seasoned political analyst, Zahoor is deeply engaged with contemporary geopolitical shifts and advocates for inclusive, transparent, and justice-oriented policy. Under his leadership, CSD fosters dialogue among diplomats, scholars, and civil society to shape informed, strategic discourse.
